Join a moderately paced 4km walk every Tuesday, starting from the Neighbourhood House.

HALF DAY WALKING GROUP - Wednesday
Explore the peninsula on walks up to 10km. A different walk every week, a good fitness level required, BYO water and snack.

A short 45 minute walk followed by Coffee at a Local Café, pay for your coffee, meet at the Neighbourhood House
Time: 9.15am for 45 mins Cost: Gold Coin Donation.
NORDIC WALKING GROUP - Wednesdays
If you have done the classes and want to keep walking then join Laurence in the ongoing weekly group.
Time: 9.15am for 50 minutes Cost: Free
YOGA WITH PAULA WYBROW - Tuesdays
Maintain your wellbeing, reduce stress and re-energise.
We have two classes to choose from -
Class 1 - 9.00am - 10.30am Cost:
Class 2 - 10.45am - 11.45am (1 hour)
GENTLE EXERCISE - Thursdays
Class 1 - 9.15 -10.15am or 10.30-11:30am
Aerobic, balance and coordination. Floor/mat work, stretches and core strength.
CHAIR YOGA WITH CARLA - Fridays
10.00- 11.00am

BALANCE AND MOBILITY CLASSES
Suitable for all ages and gender, can be achieved both seating and standing, range of movements, Pilates weights.
